Having had a relatively good crop of leads in 2016 and 2017 (about 1 good lead in 3 months), at least better than currently, we have so far in 2018 only bottom-of-the-pit poor quality of leads.
This probably has to do with odoo's algorithmic selection of distributing leads to partners only from companies larger than 50 users. According to conversations with partner-managers, all leads below 50 users are being diverted to odoo Online, the cloud offering.
This is one less value-point in the Partner Program.
